POLICY
Intellectual Property Rights in Work Product
The Parties acknowledge and agree that I (Kelly Quesnel)Â will hold all intellectual property rights in any work product resulting from services including, but not limited to, copyright and trademark rights. The client agrees not to claim any such ownership in such work products intellectual property at any time prior to or after the completion and delivery of such work product to the Client.
Editing
The client agrees to not edit final products given to them myself. Any tampering or editing of pictures without the photographer’s permission is prohibited.
Social Media
I (Kelly Quesnel) hold image rights to every picture taken, therefore has rights to post images on any social media: Instagram, Twitter or on my site.
Payment
Half payment is required up front. The other half should be paid after photos have been edited but before delivery.
